Our Goal
Honestly, this business started because I got tired of watching good people lose out on jobs they were qualified for, just because their resume didn't do them justice. And on the flip side, I've seen plenty of businesses rush a hire because they were short-staffed and desperate, and end up regretting it a few months later. Both of those things are fixable — you just need someone who's actually done this work, not someone guessing.
So that's the goal, plain and simple: help job seekers put their best foot forward, and help businesses hire people who actually stick around. I'm not trying to be the biggest recruiting firm out there — I'd rather work closely with fewer people and get it right, than take on everyone and give half the attention.
